CUET UG result 2024 update: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 result today, July 28.

Students who appeared for the exam can now download the CUET result 2024 by visiting the official website (exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/). While the CUET UG 2024 was held from May 15 to 31 in hybrid mode, media reports hinted that the CUET 2024 result declared today after 6 pm.

This year, a total of 13.48 lakh candidates appeared for the same. Also, the CUET UG re-test was conducted for affected candidates on 19 July 2024. The re-test provisional answer key was released on 22 July 2024 and the objection window was closed on 23 July 2024.

The candidates may note that the NTA will release the topper’s names, the subject-wise and total number of appeared and qualified candidates along with the announcement of results.

Haryana HSSC TGT Result 2024: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has declared the final results for the recruitment of  7,471 Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT). Candidates, who appeared for the exam, can now check their results by visiting the official website (hssc.gov.in).

“While due care has been taken in preparing and uploading the result, the possibility of any inadvertent/technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on,” read the official notification.

CUET UG Result 2024 Normalisation Process: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare CUET result 2024 soon. According to reports, CUET UG Result 2024 will release between 7.30 pm and 9 pm today. Once released, CUET UG Result 2024 will be avaiable on the official website (exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. or cuetug.ntaonline.in).. Candidates should note that the aganecy will be able to release the scorecard soon after the CUET UG 2024 result declaration. This year, the CUET UG exam was conducted on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 29 at various exam centers located in 379 cities including 26 cities outside India. The provisional answer key was issued on July 7, 2024. The objection window was closed on 9 July 2024. The final answer key was released on July 25, 2024. 

This year, a total of 13.48 lakh candidates appeared for the same. However, the CUET UG re-test was conducted for affected candidates on July 19, 2024. The re-test provisional answer key was released on July 22, 2024 and the objection window was closed on July 23, 2024.

CUET UG Result 2024: Normalisation Process

According to UGC Chief Jagadesh Kumar, Normalisation of scores for the CUET-UG and the National Eligibility Test (NET) is being done away with from this year, 

“No normalisation of scores will be required this year since both exams will be conducted in a single shift for a subject,” Mr. Kumar told PTI earlier.

It should be mentioned that the calculation of the CUET normalization process consists of two steps. 

Step 1: Converting Raw Scores to Percentile Scores

In this step, the raw scores of candidates in each session are sorted and converted into percentile scores. This percentile score is calculated up to seven decimal places to minimize the chances of ties. 

Step 2: Arranging CUET Percentiles and Calculating Normalized Score

In this step, the percentile scores for each session are then arranged, and the normalized score corresponding to each percentile value is calculated. It should be mentioned that this normalized score is used to compile results and determine admissions. 

CUET UG Result 2024: Marking Scheme

Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: +5 points

Any incorrect option marked: -1 point

Unanswered or marked for review: 0 points

If multiple options are found to be correct, candidates marking any correct option on the CUET UG OMR sheet will receive five points (+5).

If all options for a question are correct, all candidates answering that question will receive five points (+5).

CUET UG Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the he Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 final result anytime soon, after the final answer key has already been issued on the official website of NTA. Candidates who took the exam can check their results by visiting the official CUET UG website, where they will need to enter their login credentials to access the results.


The final answer key for the exam was released by the agency on July 25, which will be used to prepare the results and NTA scores for CUET (UG) 2024. The answer keys for OMR-based exams are available in a 219-page PDF file, while the keys for CBT exams are provided in a 151-page document.


Originally, the CUET results were scheduled to be announced on June 30, but the NTA postponed the release due to allegations of paper leaks concerning NEET-UG, UGC-NET, and CSIR-UGC-NET.


Approximately 1.3 million candidates participated in this session. The provisional answer key was published on July 6, after which some students raised objections. To address these issues, a retest was conducted for around 1,000 students on July 19, and a revised provisional answer key was issued on July 22.

Students will fill out their course choices and preferences, and based on their CUET scores, universities will issue a rank list.

TN 10th SSLC supplementary result 2024 : The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) is all set to declare the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or Class 10th supplementary exam results soon. According to media reports, the TN 10th supplementary result 2024 will be declared on July 30.

However, the official notification in connection with the result declaration date is awaited. Once released, students who have appeared for the TN SSLC supplementary board exams can access the TNDGE Tamil Nadu Board 10th Supply result 2024 on the official website (tnresults.nic.in, dge.tn.gov.in).

They should keep their login credentials (registration number and date of birth) handy to check the score. While the TNDGE conducted the class 10 supplementary exam from July 2 to 8, 2024, the Board will also release a provisional TN 10th supplementary marksheet 2024 along with result. Candidates are advised to download the provisional mark sheet and retain the same till they receive the original passing certificate. It should be mentioned that the TNDGE had earlier declared TN 12th supplementary result 2024 on July 26.

NEET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final results for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024. In the revised results, the ranks of nearly four lakh candidates have changed. Seventeen candidates have achieved a perfect score of 720 out of 720, including four girls. Among the toppers, two are from Uttar Pradesh, and there are 22 girls in the top 100.

Following the Supreme Court’s order, a new merit list has been issued after removing the marks awarded for a question in physics that had two correct answers. Previously, the allocation of marks for that question resulted in 61 students receiving a perfect score of 720. With the removal of the marks for the disputed answer, the number of toppers has now been reduced to just 17. With the final results announced, counseling for admissions to medical undergraduate courses will begin soon.

On Friday evening, the NTA released the revised final answer key, followed by the updated NEET UG 2024 results and merit list. The candidates who achieved a perfect score of 720 include Mridul, Manya Anand, and Divyansh from Delhi, Gunmay Garg from Punjab, Ayush Nagariya and Aryan Yadav from Uttar Pradesh, M Mansoor from Bihar, Prachita, Iram Qureshi, Devesh Joshi, and Saurabh from Rajasthan, Arghyadeep Dutta from West Bengal, Subhan Sengupta, Plansha Agarwal, and M Neha Kuldeep from Maharashtra, Rajnish P from Tamil Nadu, Shrinand Sharmil from Kerala, and Tejas Singh from Chandigarh.
