IIMC Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2023:\u00a0<\/strong>The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) released the first round seat allotment 2023 result for admission to all postgraduate (PG) diploma courses for the academic year 2023-24. Candidates can check the round 1 seat allotment results on the official website, iimc.admissions.nic.in.<\/p>\n\n

IIMC Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2023: Important Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Candidates who have qualified for the Common University Entrance Test-Postgraduate (CUET PG 2023) and have an All India Rank (AIR) were considered for admission. The institute will also upload the opening and closing ranks on the official website.<\/p>\n

“The choices finally submitted and locked by the candidates or auto-locked by the system will be processed in order of rank and candidates’ preferences, as per the approved seat allotment algorithm. Seats will be allotted based on the order of merit according to the All India Rank (AIR) and the applicable reservation criteria,” the institute stated.<\/p>\n

Candidates who have been allotted seats will need to download the provisional allotment letter.<\/p>\n

The online willingness (Freeze\/Float) option submission, document upload, seat acceptance fee payment, and response by the candidate to queries will begin from August 14 until August 18.<\/p>\n

During the willingness submission process, candidates must follow the options mentioned below:<\/p>\n

Float (Yes – Upgradation):<\/strong> Yes, I want to upgrade my choices in subsequent rounds of counselling.<\/p>\n

Freeze (No – Upgradation):<\/strong> No, I am satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want an upgrade in subsequent rounds of counselling.<\/p>\n

The candidate will be required to pay an amount of \u20b920,000 as a Seat Acceptance Fee to confirm their allotted seat.
