Chandrashekar Rao has asked state education minister Sabitha Indra Reddy to announce two days of holiday for schools and institutions in the state due to the irregular weather conditions, according to a circular sent to the state education department.<\/p>\n<p>Heavy rains has caused rivers in Uttarakhand and coastal areas such as Maharashtra to overflow in various places.
