Assam NEET UG Counselling 2024: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has released the round 1 seat allotment list for the Assam National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024. Candidates who registered for the counselling process can visit the official website i.e. dme.assam.gov.in. to check the Assam NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result. 

The counselling will be conducted in two rounds. The candidates who will be unable to participate in the first round of counselling, have their seats withdrawn. The DME will publish the merit list based on the scores of NEET. The college will be allotted to the candidates based on their preferences during the choice-filling process. 

The seats will be allotted based on merit rank. The merit list will display the following details-

Name of the candidate

Roll number

State merit rank

Name of the allotted institute

Selected candidates under the PWD and Extremist Violence, Martyrs Quota will have to report to the DME Office on 2 September 2024 at 10 am. For all other candidates, the reporting process at the respective allotted colleges’ principal’s office will be commenced from 3 to 5 September 2024. 

Candidates are required to carry the original documents and pay the admission fees during this period, or their seat allotment will be cancelled. The Assam NEET UG 2024 admission is approximately Rs 25,000.

CSIR UGC NET 2024 Result update: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to declare the CSIR UGC NET results or the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) 2024 results shortly. Once released, candidates can check their scorecards and final answer keys by visiting the official website (csirnet.nta.ac.in). According to media reports, CSIR UGC NET 2024 Result will release anytime soon. However, official confirmation in connection with CSIR UGC NET 2024 Result declaration date is awaited.

While the CSIR NET 2024 exams were conducted over three day –  July 25, 26, and 27 across 348 centres in 187 cities nationwide, a total of 2,25,335 candidates appeared for the exam, which assesses eligibility for the roles of Assistant Professor, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and PhD program enrolment at Indian universities and colleges.
 
Provisional answer key and challenge window

It should be mentioned that the provisional answer key, along with the question paper and recorded responses, was released on August 8. While candidates were allowed to challenge the provisional key from August 9 to August 11 by paying a fee of Rs 200 per question, challenges submitted by candidates were reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If a challenge was found valid, the answer key was revised and was subsequently applied to the responses of all candidates, thereby establishing the foundation for the final results.

CSIR UGC NET 2024 Result: Steps to check online 

Candidates can follow these steps to check their scores.

Step 1: Visit the official website (csirnet.nta.ac.in).

Step 2: Click on the link titled ‘CSIR UGC NET 2024 Results and Final Answer Keys’.

Step 3: Enter the login credentials.

Step 4: Submit the details to view your results and final answer keys.

Step 5: Download the score and answer key for future reference.

 

 In a bid to qualify CSIR UGC NET 2024, candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories must secure at least 33%, while those belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories need to achieve a minimum of 25%.

The candidates who applied for UP NEET UG counseling 2024 for MBBS, and BDS admissions can visit the official website i.e. upneet.gov.in. to check their allotment status. 

The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials such as application number and date of birth to check their results. Seats will be allocated to candidates based on their preferences submitted during the counseling process, as well as factors such as their rank, seat availability, and reservation criteria. 

According to the counseling schedule, the candidates who have been allotted seats in round 1 will have to download the allotment order. The candidates will have to report to the allotted institute from 31 August to 5 September 2024.

Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counselling 2024: The Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh (CGDME) has released the provisional allotment list for the first round of the undergraduate counselling through the National Eligibility Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024. Candidates who participated in the same can visit the official website i.e. cgdme.admissions.nic.in.

The Chhattisgarh NEET UG counselling 2024 is conducted for the candidates who wish to take admission into MBBS, and BDS programmes. A total of 1,967 candidates including 1,632 MBBS and 332 BDS have secured seats in the first round of counselling. These candidates will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification.

According to the counselling schedule, the document verification will be commenced from 31 August to 5 September 2024. After the scrutiny process, candidates must pay the prescribed fee and complete the admission process.

The official notice informed that the candidates must be admitted to the government medical college allotted in round 1 of counselling. However, the rule does not apply to private institutes and government dental colleges. Free exit with forfeiture of registration fee is available only in the first round.

SSC Selection Post Phase 12 Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the results for the Selection Posts Examination for various educational levels. The candidates who appeared for the same can visit the official website i.e. ssc.gov.in. to check their results. A total of 61,618 candidates have been shortlisted for the next round. Shortlisted candidates will have to upload self-attested documents from 2 to 24 September 2024.

The SSC conducted the selection post-examination on 20, 21, 24, 25, and 26 June 2024. The shortlisted candidates are required to upload self-attested copies of all supporting documents, including educational qualifications, experience, category, age, and age relaxation. 

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has also released the SSC Selection Post Phase 11 Cut-Off 2023 on its official website.  Candidates can check the category-wise SSC Selection Post Phase 11 Cut Off for separate exams including Matriculation Level, Higher Secondary Level, and Graduation Level on the official website.

UP Police Constable Result 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will release the results for UP Police Constable 2024 soon. Once the result is declared, the candidates who participated in the same will be able to check their results by visiting the official website. 

This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 60,244 posts of police constables. The exam for the same was earlier conducted in four shifts on 17 and 18 February 2024, in which over 48 lakh candidates participated, but it was canceled by the UP government. Now, the written exam is conducted from 23 to 31 August 2024.

The selection process for UP Police Constable includes four stages i.e. Written Examination, Document Verification, Physical Measurements Test, and Physical Efficiency Test. After successfully completing all stages of the selection process in the UP Police exam, candidates can check the final merit list to confirm their selection.

The candidates who qualify for the UP Police Constable exam will be called for the document verification and written test, candidates will be called for a Physical Test. Once this is completed, the final merit list will be prepared. Successful candidates will find their names or roll numbers listed.

UP Police Constable Result 2024: Exam pattern

The exam consists of 150 questions, totaling 300 marks. 2 marks will be awarded to the candidates for each correct answer. However, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Maharashtra NEET UG 2024: The State Common Entrance Test (CET) can release the seat allotment result for round 1 counselling for Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 soon. Candidates will be able to check the Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result by visiting the official website i.e. cetcell.mahacet.org.

The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to view or download their results. According to the counselling schedule, the candidates were able to fill choices till 29 August 2024. The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on the basis of choices filled, merit list and seat availability. 

The provisional merit list for the first round of Maharashtra NEET UG counselling 2024 for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical programmes was released on 27 August 2024. The Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling is conducted for enrollment in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and other medical courses offered at government and private medical and dental colleges in the state. 

Once the results are out, then the candidates who are satisfied with the seat will have to report to the allotted institute for document verification and admission formalities. This will be commenced between 31 August 31 to 4 September 2024, till 5:30 pm. 

The candidates will also pay the required admission fees. If they accept the seat and wish not to participate in further rounds, they will have to submit a “Status Retention Form” which means that the candidate is confirming their seat and won’t participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling. 

In a case, if the candidate wishes to upgrade to a better-preferred college or course, you can opt for upgradation. If the candidate chooses this option then they will need to secure their Round 1 seat by paying the fees but can move to a different option in Round 2 if allotted. 

The candidates are advised to keep all original documents ready for verification purposes. The documents required are the NEET scorecard, allotment letter, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and educational certificates.

NEET PG 2024: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the scorecards of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Post graduation (NEET PG) 2024 today. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can visit the official website i.e. natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in. to download their NEET PG 2024 scorecard. 

The NEET PG was conducted on 11 August 2024 in two shifts. The first shift commenced from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm while the second shift was conducted from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The board released the NEET PG result on 23 August 2024. The candidates may note that they will require their credentials such as registration number and date of birth to check their score card. 

The selected candidates have to appear for NEET PG counselling to secure admission. For all India quota seats, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counselling on mcc.nic.in. The respective state authorities will hold state quota NEET PG counselling.

For candidates in the General and EWS categories, the minimum required score is the 50 percentile. Those in the General-PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) category need to achieve at least the 45 percentile. For candidates belonging to the SC, ST, or OBC categories, including those with disabilities in these categories, the cut-off is set at the 40 percentile. These cut-off percentiles will determine the eligibility for admission to medical courses.

The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials such as application number and password to check their results. This counselling is conducted for the candidates who wish to get seat allotment for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses and must pay the seat acceptance fee online or at the head post offices in Kerala.
